My journey in law took me through the roles of a Deputy LA City Attorney, criminal defense attorney, and in-house counsel, before becoming a legal recruiter. Each experience has given me a unique perspective on the legal profession and the career challenges attorneys face, which I bring to every placement. I practiced law for 10 years before transitioning into recruiting in 2021. Since then, I’ve been guiding attorneys of all levels—from entry-level associates to seasoned partners—through pivotal career decisions.
As a Director of Legal Recruiting, I specialize in building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, helping attorneys navigate the evolving legal market while partnering with firms and companies to identify top talent. My focus is always on creating connections that are mutually beneficial, whether I’m helping someone take the next step in their career or assisting a firm in finding the perfect fit.
Outside of recruiting, I stay active and energized through weight training, yoga, jiu jitsu, and lobster diving. I also enjoy exploring new cities and discovering new culinary experiences whenever possible.
