Never stop exploring – every voyage is a teacher. My own journey started in Los Angeles (born and raised). Curious for a change, I went to Amherst College in Massachusetts, where I majored in English and took time to study abroad in the Dominican Republic. Overseas, I volunteered at an orphanage where children faced disadvantages because of injustices within the legal system. These observations motivated me to attend law school and earn my Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine. There, I was heavily involved with the Refugee and Asylum Law Clinic, stepping into the role of Assistant Director when I graduated. I later joined the BARBRI Group to help students pass the bar exam.
I enjoy helping other people, which is what attracts me to legal recruiting. I am excited about finding fulfilling opportunities for attorneys that will both advance their careers and allow them time for the things they love. For me, that means being with family and friends, practicing yoga, hiking, and cooking.
